Delivery Policy

Delivery within Select Cities of India is free of cost for all orders. Currently we do not deliver outside India.

We at https://poonamv.com/ know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and also at the expected time, so we use a large network of reputed courier companies and a dedicated delivery team to deliver your products to you in the quickest time possible.

Title and risk of loss for all Products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon our handing over the shipment to the shipping carrier.

Wrong Product Delivery

In case a wrong product is delivered to you then we will replace the same immediately. You just need to send us an image of the wrong product within 7 days of receiving the order. You will have to send the garments back to our corporate office, we will provide credit points equivalent to 100% of the shipping costs* incurred by you for sending the garments back to us.

Manufacturing Defects

In case there are any manufacturing defects then we will replace the same immediately. You just need to send us an image of the manufacturing defect with 24 hours of receiving the order. You will have to send the garments back to our corporate office, we will provide credit points equivalent to 100% of the shipping costs* incurred by you for sending the garments back to us.

International Shipping (Shipping will be charged Seperately & Extra)

We mostly cater to Indian Clients and Ship products all over INDIA. The cost for International Shipping is high, So we suggest International buyers to Please confirm with us first before buying. If you still Buy, You will have to Pay for the International Shipping Charges as extra above the product cost and they will be at actuals.

Returns Policy

Since all the garments are made to order as per your design and measurements these cannot be sold to anyone else and cannot be returned or exchanged.

You will have to talk with us on a Video call to demonstrate that the product has defects before the returns procedures are activated.
